1. Overview

Drawlert respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted a policy of removing any infringing content upon proper notification.

2. Notice of Infringement

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its original location.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or if outside the U.S., that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the content unless the original claimant files a court action.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
